Cartoon Photo is a free service that requires no registration and allows to transform the expression of a face. Here's how:
How to use Cartoon Photo
- from the homepage of the service if you choose to upload the photo from your computer or from url or through the appropriate buttons;
- finished photo upload service will begin to look for the elements of the face without prompting the user. Then we can choose the facial expression by clicking the appropriate emoticon. Also checking the "Animate" we can create an animation of the face expression of departure to final format. Gif;
- when we have finished modifying the expression we can save the photo by clicking the "Save to disk".
With this service we can keep editing and making funny jokes to our friends or as mentioned above, to give a better expression to our photos.

GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is a replacement for Adobe Photoshop that can be used to edit and manipulate images efficiently, it is Open Source software and costs nothing.
The GIMP developers have released a new version: GIMP 2.6.
The toolbar has been removed and combined with the Picture menu to allow quick access to various functionality. The free selection tool now includes support for polygonal selections. The dynamics of brushes is the new addition in the family of functionality, which allows it to operate with speed, opacity, pressure and speed of the brushes. More information in the release notes.
