Windows 7 64bit does not restart after hibernation or suspension

If after installing Windows 7 64bit on an ASUS P8P67 you can not wake up the system after a suspend or hibernation, enter the BIOS setup and disable the Internal PLL Overvoltage.
This is useful for overclocking pushed (more than 47x in Turbo Ratio) but has the side effect of not allow a restart after the entry into S3 state of suspension.
